June 19th

The Mass this day was a votive of the Blessed Sacrament. Fr. Timothy Matkin was celebrant,
Fr. Will Brown was deacon, and John Donor was subdeacon.

It was a rainy morning with showers falling during the Mass.
We had to improvise rain ponchos out of trash bags
in order to get as many as we could dry down to breakfast.

Fr. Will Brown officiated at Evensong.
[NOTE: Fr. Brown brought with him to the Conference
Holy Cross, Dallas' relic of the True Cross]

Fr. Yost gave the Clergy Talk on “Give us this day our daily bread.”
Following the Office we took the group photograph.

It was Dress-Up Night so everyone looked there best.

The Talent Show was the evening activity.
The Michaelites generally outdid themselves.
Poked fun at themselves, the staff and the faculty.
Emma Doremus did a marvelous caricature of Fr. Matkin.

After Compline the Blessed Sacrament was exposed.

The day ended with more Michaelites making their confessions following Compline.
